THE PROBLEM

NICAS is the body responsible for all climbing awards in the UK and beyond.

The aim was to create clear expression and set of communications that engaged both climbers and climbing wall owners to sign up to the scheme.

THE APPROACH

Taking inspiration from the colours and shapes that are found on every climbing wall to create an identity that only NICAS could own.

THE SOLUTION

The new identity for NICAS encompasses the fun and excitment of learning to climb. Using the iconic shapes and colours of the hand holds from the climbing walls the design is a unique and playful identity that is sure to get you wanting to climb the walls in no time!
